The Challenge
A decrease in funding, necessitated a rethink of how Addiction NI delivers services to clients. A review of the organisation's systems and procedures revealed its legacy, paper based systems were inefficient and required replacement.
Working closely with Addiction NI, Crafty Devil identified a requirement for a bespoke, web based, workflow management system to reduce administration, increase productivity and enhance the organisation's already high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
The Solution
Crafty Devil designed, developed and support, a cloud based management system, to simplify the organisation’s client booking and reporting functions.
The solution provides a secure administration function for scheduling client appointments and counselling activity; permits the generation of customised reports on demand; and incorporates an inbuilt archive function. Recognising that demand for the charity's services continues to grow, the system has been designed to be fully scalable in recognition of future, forecast demand.
