The Challenge
Survitec is a highly successful business, with expanding global operations. Like many fast growing businesses, the company's Service business was over-reliant on paper-based, legacy systems. As well as being inefficient, these were becoming both difficult and expensive to maintain.
The Solution
Crafty Devil worked closely with the Survitec Group to identify a paperless, web-based alternative to the company’s existing system. Requirements were refined in advance of the design and development stage. In response to these requirements and utilising in-house programming staff, Crafty Devil then designed, developed and implemented a new cloud based, workflow solution to enhance company and customer efficiency and productivity.
Upon completion of the project, Survitec Group Chief Executive, Doug Baxter said "The Crafty Devil project has been a resounding success enabling completely new levels of performance in our Service business while directly reducing costs. We have already started working with the Crafty Devil team in other areas of our business."
