You'll need to be a customer and results focused person; someone who can interpret a broad business or communications challenge, and work with the client and the rest of our team to deliver the right solution. About The Job You'll be working closely with clients and team mates to advise on and carry out effective website development project; You'll deliver clear, creative effective website designs as part of clients' commercial strategies; You'll be working on complex web applications and internal projects as a key member of the wider team; You'll contribute to the growth and evolution of Crafty Devil as leading website interface design and application development team; You'll have goals for your personal development as part of an ambitious and creative team. You'll Need To Have... 3+ years commercial experience; Strong previous design portfolio; Excellent working CSS and valid HTML skills; Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation techniques; Wireframing and Information Design experience; Excellent Photoshop (or equivalent) skills; Strong Communication skills; A customer-focused and positive approach to work; Flexibility and good time management. We'd Really Love It If You Had... Knowledge of PHP/CodeIgniter, a CMS such as WordPress or ExpressionEngine, MySQL, Javascript; Experience of Adobe Flash, InDesign & Illustrator; Relevant academic qualifications.
